Yes...our first gig was like i didn't look at ANYONE. but dude, my confidence has increased so much since then, and even though i still have trouble with looking at people, i can now actually sing in front of people that aren't my closest friends without absolutely freaking out haha. it is amazing....i just look back and think how 2 months ago, i would have never been able to see myself actually performing in front of people....
and i know what you mean about making yourself seem a bit mysterious on stage lol

On the other hand Rage's 'Killing In The Name' winning Christmas no. 1 over here is just awesome. It's on all the music channels, radio, plus a friend and I go out playing it acoustically which is hilarious.

Our performance was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I enjoyed it alot...except my stupid adrenaline made my voice shake...ugh. it was dumb lol but oh well...i think i did okay....except for the fact that i was looking everywhere but at the people :P

I know my mom doesn't like the idea of my driving around but my dad is like watever! my daughter is growing up plus i don't want to be driving her around everywhere. haha. parents....lol

well so far we are going to be playing something like 3 songs...its a small thing for our guitar class open house thing...but still. and yes we have two other original songs so far; she wrote another one (actually she has like 3 or 4 come to think of it) and i wrote one (!!!) which i'm pretty happy about...i still need to work on it some more. but yeah haha.

Yeah it went pretty well, and I played all the leads. In the end we only settled on Enter Sandman because my rhythm guitarist just couldn't get Master of Puppets down, which is fine because it's a hard song. We also played Give It Away and Time is Running Out. My drummer and I also jammed at the beginning and end was really cool.
