Prior to becoming more involved in today's more screamo/metal scene, I listened to a lot of 80's metal, and other things of that sort. I still love bands like Poison and Skid Row, and I think what sets me apart from my generation is my appreciation for older metal. I think for a lot of the bands then, their hearts were set in their music, and you could really feel it sometimes, more so than today.

The Dirt & The Heroin Diaries. They only made me appreciate the Crue even more.

Shawshank Redemption, The Warriors, Detroit Rock City...not a big movie guy.

I'm 18, living in the suburbs of Milwaukee. I like to go out to concerts when I can. I started playing guitar in June of 2006, and I've been loving it since. I started off with a FirstAct guitar and amp from Wal-mart, but I've moved up. Haha. It started off there, and it's been going well since.
I have an Ibanez RG2EX1 guitar, and a Peavey Bandit 112 amp. I have a DigiTech X-Series Distortion Pedal...which I rarely, to never use.
Other than that, I try to keep everything simple with my gear.
