Favorite bands :
I'll listen to just about everything, but my favorites change constantly. I generally tend to favor a classic rock type genre though, although I am truly open to anything. One thing I'm not a very big fan of is metal-style vocals though. Some of the instrumental work I love, but I've never been too fond of the screaming and such.
Favorite guitarists :
I love Eric Johnson, Satch, Angus Young, Rodrigo y Gabriela. Although, in general, it's not the guitarist that draws me to a band, it's the sound as a whole. If the rest of the band sucks, then the guitarist won't save them, haha.
Favorite tv :
House, CSI, Law and Order, South Park, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, Family Guy, Futurama, Good Eats
I'm a 19 year old studying computer science at college in Virginia. I've been playing guitar for about 5 or 6 years now, but never very seriously. Guitar's just been a hobby for me, I don't take it too seriously, I just have fun at it. Sadly though, I haven't progressed very far in my years of playing. However, I feel that it's not how good you are, it's how much fun you have, and I really love playing.
