I'm 31, have a family and have been playing guitar for 17 years. Although, about 8 years of that time doesn't count because I only played once every 6 months or so. Been back at it full-time for a little over a year, and while I have no interest in "noodling" or "shredding", I consider myself capable enough. I am *attempting* to teach my 11 year old how to play. (Trying at times, but rewarding.)
