Alright, so I am going to start a blog about, probably the most played trading card game on the planet. Anyways, the 2010 Core Set is set to arrive in the next month. I have just recently began playing again after a few years' break and was really surprised at the new sets of Conflux and Shards of Alara, (not a big fan of Alara Reborn however.) I personally think that the Bant shard is probably the most useful because of the mixture between Powerful cards and strong tactical effects of white and blue. I also think that the Multicolored spells (as in spells that require all mana.) are, although tedious to get onto the field, very useful. i aquired a card by the name of Progenitus in the Conflux packs that takes two of ecah mana to play but is 10/10 and has Protection from everything and if for any reason it is sent to the graveyard, it is immediately returned to your deck. not only that, but in two consecutive packs i obtained two of the feature conflux card, Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker. Now, at first i thought that Progenitus was great, but after i played with these two cards in my deck, i realized that they are easier to get out on the field AND they inflict way more damage than Progenitus could dream of. all in all, by the time i would be able to get Progenitus on the field, Nicol Bolas would have killed my opponent.
Well, in other news, I should start to keep you all posted on any 2010 Core Set spoilers i find out about so keep checking in, i know that this first blog was kind of dry but i promise that they will lighten up. =] thanks.
