it is 139 and i just got my first ticket for having a pipe so we get pulled over in my freinds drive way we had all ready parked and i was about to get out and i see light shit here we go agian so he thinks my friend is drunk or something then they talk to him for a little then pull me out of the car and ask me if i have any pot and i don't so i say no he ask me if i smoked pot i said yes he says were i say my house then he goes back to his car and me and my freind wait there then he comes back to me and tells me i am under arest he says its because i smell like pot i tell him its not illegal to smell like pot he says according to washington state i tell him thats not true he dosn't responed
so i sit in the back of his cop car for a while he ask me if i have ever been in county jail i say no he says how old are you do you know what they do to kids in the county jail i said you can't taking me to the county jail he sits there for a bit and trys to tell me how i could go to jail i just tell him if they did it would be a waste
so then they search the car and look for pot they find some pot under this one kids seat and he tells them that it is my pot so another officer shows up and she ask me about it i tell her it is not my pot and that it is his and she says she belives me because he had given the inprestion that he was lying and it would have been very hard for me to put it there
so she goes back to the two male cops and tells them what i said and they don't want to belive me i can here them because the window of the car was down and the to guys were trying to tell say well who looks like they smoke pot its not these kids point to 2 girls and 1 guy(who had the pot) who is a pretty boy dosen't look like he's done anything bad ever
so then 1 cop come in to the car and starts to tell things like there is nothing i can do about the way things are in the world and how pot is illegal and how its going to mess up my life i told him if anybody held smoking pot aginst me then they are a fool he tells me what they do to kids in prison and then he ask me if i have a rough life i say no he says well you seem to have this fuck the world adduitted i say yeah the worlds fucked but thats why if have to do something to change it he says something like things are just the way they are and won't change i tell him i might as well try
so he gives me a ticket i ask for his name and he dosne't want to give it to me i have to wait till i get out of the car and read of his name tag witch he was trying to cover up so he uncuffs me i grab my ciggeratte that is one the car walk back to the front of the car and do a little bow and then the other cop tries to tell me how im lucky and what not i just say im free and have done nothing wrong and then they drove away and took the one kid whos pot it was but they did not arrest him because they could not prove it was his but being 17 they could take in to the station and have him wait till his dad comes and gets him
my friends told me all this crazy and dumb shit that the cops said to them but i can't remember it all but im pretty sure every one who reads this is smarter then those to cops
yeah so that was my day it sucked i have court next week if anybody has any info that could help me out that would be great it is 2:03 until next time good bye and watch out
it is 3:19 am and i am bored and watching cops i am not a fan of the cops but there not all bad but what i am watching is just fucked up. so they have set up a drug sting not for catching the dealer but for catching the buyers. if they are going after the buyers wouldn't you think they would go for the people buying alot who they think would deal. that makes sense to me but no they are busting people buy like 10 to 20 bucks worth of what POT pot they set up a whole sting to bust people buying a little pot they are throwing people on the ground pullling guns on them flipping out on them for just a little pot
then some guy gets beat up from walking back from a freinds house and they call the cops. so they're asking him all these question unrelated to what just happen. if i had just walked in the room i would have thought he did something wrong. he had parked his car in a 7-11 parking lot because he has a busted window and its a not a good neighborhood and its under lights were people can see so they are not even trying to help him. they are just intergating him about why he is there and they just don't belive a word he says.
i just watched right now a cop with a guy with his arms behind his back on the ground. the cop has his knee on the guys back he isn't going any were the first thing the cop dose is pull out his gun then gets hand cuffs. now they are taking the guy back to the station even though they could not prove that he had broken in it the car he had nothing on him at all and the eye witness they had said that she couldn't be sure if that was the guy.
3:41 now and i am going to bed watch out for cops and know your rights and what they can and can not do
