HELP!!! NEED TO LEARN HOW TO DO PINCH HARMONICS!!!

Hey people, I need someone with skill to explain to me how to do a pinch harmonic if u can help with that then pleez send me a message or a comment pleez i really need your help!!! =O
basically, when you pick the string, try to catch the side of your thumb on the string, but not so much as to mute the string.
it may take a while to work out how hard to dig your thumb in, but thats basically all you do.
once you learn the right amout of thumb to use, they're easy, trust me
you will hear a hundred different answers. if you just start practicing, you will find the way best for you. its all about synchronizing both your left and picking hand. you may have to hold your pick a bit differently but you'll eventually get it. i use my thumb to quickly graze the string while with my other hand, i give it a nice bend.
i learned on my own, after watching a few different youtube videos.
