I wish everybody a happy 4th of July! I will be visiting my cousins in Boston (Yes, we're flying!) for the week. Just wanted to tell you that I'm really lovin' Weezer right now. Check out their song Pork and Beans. Amazing.
I finally got a new guitar! I was in need of a major upgrade. It's an Epiphone SG. It's vintage white with a black pick-guard. It sounds so good! What I have recently been doing is practicing with my band for the talent show. Because of popular demand we get to do an encore! The first song we are playing is School of Rock by School of Rock. Our encore is School's Out by Alice Cooper. We've been working really hard and we hope it goes well. My band, DP is playing, but our singer can't make it so we are having this other band from our school feature with us. We made up a whole new name. It's "White Lightning". My regular band, DP, is in the process of writing our first album. I will post the first single off of it on here, but it will be available to buy on iTunes.

Time for my rant about the world. Violence. Why is there such a thing? Instead of pulling apart and killing and fighting why isn't there laughter or smiles? We need to work together if we want to live. Just think for a second about what would happen if the whole world didn't work together and we hated everybody (thank God we don't). We get oil from the Middle East. We get food from practically everywhere. If we didn't have oil we would die in three days. Three days!! We must unite as one. Pollution. Is it really that hard to throw that gum rapper in the trash that is three feet away? I guess it is, yes, because people just throw that gum rapper on the ground and watch it float away with the wind not giving and care and not realizing that we only have one earth and we need to: recycle soda cans, stop dumping waste down a river, ride your bike to the library that's 5 minutes away instead of driving. It's the little things that count.AIDS. Why do you flip out if you get sneezed on or someone coughs on your pen? It's a little germ or two. Go wash your hands. At least, you don't have AIDS. AIDS is life threatening. I don't know much about AIDS but I have definitely joined the fight against it. We can't give up now.

Hello again, Long time no talk. I am writing this blog to catch up. I have posted a new pic. It is my band "The Stickheads" album cover. We are currently writing it. It should be out in the summer. We have one guitarist/bassist (me) and one drummer. We haven't decided if we will sing. We don't sing. We might just hire a new singer. As soon as we are done writing the album I might post music up. I also have one other band. The name is "Delicate Profanity". We have one guitarist and one drummer/bassist (me). We play music like the White Stripes. We are still writing our debut album too. We cover songs also. Sorry, this blog is so short. See ya later.
I am posting this first blog just to make my profile a little bit more fun to look at so excuse me if it sucks. I don't really know what to put down on here but I guess I could just talk about me for this first blog. I love music. I mostly listen to rock, some pop, and some alternative. A few of my favorite bands include AC/DC, Van Halen, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Third Eye Blind, John Mayer Trio, Daughtry, Augustana, OneRepublic, Coldplay, Jonas Brothers, Nickelback, and The White Stripes. A few of my favorite singers are Jack Johnson, John Mayer, Kelly Clarkson, and Teddy Geiger. I play guitar. I have a Yahmaha Strat copy Electric, and a Yahmaha 10 Watt amp. I have been playing for 3 years and I am in need of a new guitar and bigger amp. I also play bass. I have only been playing that for about 9 months but I have a Squire J-Bass and a Fender Rumble Bass Amp. In addition to bass and guitar, I can play drums too. I have a Tama Swingstar 5-pc kit with two cymbals (ride and crash) and a hi-hat. I have been playing this for a little over a year and I enjoy play Afro-Cuban grooves and clave stuff. I took piano for a year and a half but I didn't like it but sometimes I write songs on the piano or sometimes I just play chords on the piano and then I play it on the guitar. In my free time I like to paint, draw, read, knit, play on the computer, photography, work out, sports, video games, go to the mall, chill with friends, and cooking and cleaning. I am asking for painting stuff for Christmas so I can paint and post pictures of my art on here (maybe). I mostly enjoy reading Harry Potter books, A Series of Unfortunate Events books, and Biographies. I read non-fiction and fiction. I am currently knitting a scarf but I lost one of my knitting needles so I had to put that on hold. I'll get back to you on that scarf. I own my very on Mac Mini and I love it. I get on it everyday and talk to my friends, check email, play games, make music, make movies, and print pictures that I take. I have a Kodak Easy Share digital camera which I take tons of pictures on. Sometimes to work out I run and play soccer. I play select soccer. My favorite sports include: soccer and basketball. I have a GameCube but I never play it but my favorite game would have to be Call of Duty. When I go to the mall I usually stop in Aeropostle, American Eagle, Apple store, EB Games, and Gamestop. I have three best friends and they are soooo nice to me and I am nice to them too. I enjoy cooking too. I like to bake cookies and cakes a lot and that's about it. I love cleaning like vacuuming, dusting, and pledging. I also like to organize. I attend Fairview Middle in Seattle, Washington. That's all for now. Talk later.
