Because you have no fucking clue what you're talking about. I hate the term "metal" because no one knows wtf it means. AC/DC is not metal. Metallica is. Black sabbath is NOT. I want you to give me the fucking meaning of metal. Even tony iommi said "i thought we were just a hard rock band". SABBATH IS NOT METAL.

And also, when you record with Amplitube, do you use any sort of box before the computer? I'm really new to this Guitar -> computer stuff. My band wants to record some songs for myspace, and I'm just trying to see if this will work for us.

I generally for metal, use the line6 lunatic with 4x12 2001 Line 6 Cabs in toneport. I'm not sure about the cabs, but I know the amp used is from the powerpack addon.
