Favorite bands :
I like stuff like Pantara, Children Of Bodom, Arch Enemy, some trivium, pretty much any branch of metal. Hmmm, of course I like the basics, Black Sabbath, Ozzy (R.I.P. Randy), Iron Maiden, and Van Halen's good (not really my style tho, but I respect the man none the less), Vai, Satch, Guns' N' Roses, Quiet Riot, you see where this is going! I also really love classical stuff like Bach, I'm somewhat of an aspiring neo-classical shredder only.. Well only minus the shred and talent, but I'm working on it, and I'm learning basic theory, any thing's possible right? haha.

Flea, Blasko, Cliff Burton, hell some guitarists tune so low they may as well play bass haha

Favorite books :
I finished the first three Eargons a while back... The last one needs to come out now! I'm dying waiting for it. Seriously, read the Eargon series. Harry Potter was Ok. Proud to say I read twilight and it was fantastic! Currently though I'm taking a college level course and I have no time for MORE reading lol.

Favorite tv :
Umm, I don't watch much TV actually, but it's normally comedy central if I do

Favorite movies :
Accepted, the good the bad and the ugly, Hostel (I laughed through both of them.. Does that make me weird?) Etc... I love comedy, not really into horror but it's ok.

About edusty2010

Just average 17 year old guy, been playing guitar since late in August '07. Try and practice about 2 hours a day, more on weekends or whenever I can. I play in my schools Jazz band, play mainly metal and rock in my personal time. Love to learn music theory! But my school doesn't have a class for it so I try and pick up what I can lol.

Besides guitar, I play: Bass guitar, the Trombone, Sax, Piano (or I try!), and am arranging for a violin soon. I do not come from a musical family besides my great grandfather, who made violins and was a self taught violinist. I never got to meet him and the violin I *may* be getting would be one of the three he made, so I'm very excited. Btw these violins are probably 80+ years old, which is cool as hell

Currently I'm saving up for a new guitar to replace my Schecter 006 lol.

Amp is back up and running!!! I guess it was a bad preamp tube (the last thing I would've replaced) and it sounds better than ever!
