How To Hammer, and pull off

Hey guys, I was just wondering if some1 out there cna tell me how to pull of and hammer, cause all these lessons givne by UG r way too complicated to understand, can som1 plz tell me???

It's like normal fretting, you have to just press (or even tap) the fret with more power to hammer on, and to pull off you have to take finger from string plucking it with it.
Or, just take it off fast and cleanly so the note could ring. It's easy after you do it once right.

Hammering-on: Don't pick the string to make the note ring; bring down your finger hard on the fret you want to play, kinda "hammering" it.

Pulling-off: When you pull off, make sure you do it the right way. That is, pull-off the finger towards the floor, so that the note rings clearly.
