Anything by Vonnegut, The Devil's Dictionary, Candide, The Divine Comedy, 1984, A Short History of Nearly Everything, The Watchmen, Lord of the Flies. As long as it isnt crap from the grocery store I'm fine. I also have a particular fondness for Thoreau and Nathaniel Hawthorne.
