No problem dude.

So what I did was took your background image, copied it. Then I opened a new document on Photoshop, and pasted it in. Then I took the second image (the one with the words) and copied and pasted it on the background image (on a new layer of course). Then you take the magic wand tool to get rid of all the white in the background of the words (you gotta make sure you get in the O's and G's too and all that). Then you can move it around as you will. If you want to resize the words, go to the right layer and press ctl+T and you can play with that, but make sure you have 'shift' held down so the ratio stays the same and doesn't get all pixelated.
