I started playing bass back in '73. When I went to college I got away from playing, between studies and football I was busy. After college came work and by then I lost interest in playing music for a long time. Last year(January)I went into a local music store and came out with an Ibanez GSR200 bass and a Crate BT50. The urge came back. Now I have a Fender Geddy Lee Jazz and a Standard Jazz that I play through an Ampeg. I came across the UG forum and decided to join. Maybe I'll meet some new music friends and I know I'll learn some stuff. I'm not in an actual band, I just play with a few friends and pick up a jam session here and there. That's it for now.
A little update here...I added a Fender Bassman 250/210 combo to my stuff. So far I'm liking it.
