hmmm, those are pretty cool looking. i really like the carved tops on those double cutaways.

They are great works of art for sure, and they way the play are quite liquidous.
The neck's just a bit chunkier than an ibanez, but it just seems to fit my hands like a glove.

Thanks for your explanation on the sustain and tone!
One thing I want to have clear though: you were talking about turning my tone nob on my guitar would help aswell, but help for what exacty? Most of the time I have the tone at 10 and the tone on my amp in the middle of "High" and "Low" So, if I understand it right, I have to turn THAT one a bit more to the "High" side?

Sorry for all those questions, I'm playing for 4 months on electric and never concerned about all that stuff :p:

I moved to victoria with my now wife so that she could attend college at camosun. Afterwards we're hoping to move to a quiet place again so i can play my guitars and stuff good and loud without anyone bugging me :D

I suppose you probably don't have that problem over on denman?

If you're looking for home recording equipment at a reasonable price look up a Zoom G2.1u - it's a pretty effective and easy to use multi effect pedal it also has a USB interface and is compatible with Windows XP (not sure about horrible Vista). When I bought mine I got Cubase LE free with it. Again it's a very good program.
Not sure if that deal is still around though....
Just a suggestion.........

Hey man thanks for the crit...last month on my through the sand song. Dont know if you remember it but you asked if I did the vocals and yes I did lol. Im no singer but I like to add in that extra feel. My band plays mostly punk style music and I sing a few songs here and there at gigs but thats not really singing either.

I dont know how your voice is but your pretty young and anyone has the ability to sing its just a matter of practicing...not that Im any kind of expert. It would do two things for you. First another dimension to your playing (when needed) and second it will improve your ear, not that you have a bad ear but it will make ot better.

haha, I didn't look at the date stamp on it i guess....either way I thought it was at the top of the board.

could be someone posted, it went to the top...I saw it and then the other member deleted their post making it look like I found the thread.

either way, When I get back, another cover would be great.
