Yes! I've been listening to Sleater-Kinney since 2003 (I saw them open for Pearl Jam and I loved them), and I've been listening to RyG for about 3 months. Both of them are awesome.

Kalmah, are a melodic death metal band which hardly anyone listens to. It's a shame since they have plenty of talent.

Depends what you consider well known. I could probably ask most people if they know who they are and they would say no.

I just listened to Rodriguez y Gabriela through this blog, and then I went to pick up the newspaper. There was an article about them. They're coming to New Zealand. Perfect timing, huh?

Kalmah is the bomb. I've been listening to them for about 2 years. Insomnium is another good Melo-death band.
