Thanks Dave. Funny you mention that. I know what you mean. It's got a little give, which I actually like, makes the lowend feel huge. It's a much "bigger" sounding amp than I was expecting. That's dialed kind of dark on purpose too, I actually went a bit overboard, lol. People are saying it doesn't sound like an SE anymore. There was no post EQ on that either, I think it's partly my crappy recording setup too. And will do man

Hi Dave, I'm actually diggin the SE a lot. I really shouldn't have posted that clip right away, lol, it is pretty shitty quality, I think I'm clippin the mic too. Couple variables, that was after an hour with the amp, I've learned quite a few things about it since then. Also, that was the G12H30 speaker mic'd actually. This is the first time I've used one, so I'm just learning it's sweet spots. It's a lot more crunchy than the V30, and a bit saggier, so it may not be the best match for the SE. Never owned a Mojave, they sound pretty killer though. I'm going to try and redeem myself and re-record it next week. You could easily master that clip, but I like to do amp clips raw with no post EQ.
