So I've been playing guitar for a while now, and I just bought a new amp and some pedals. I got a Mesa Boogie Lonestar 2x12 Head and Cab and a Boss TU-2. It pretty exciting to play with this stuff seeing as it's the first tube amp I've owned. It has a really nice clean sound and an awesome blues/hard rock lead sound.
I am hoping this upgrade will improve my guitar playing and inspire me in numerous ways. Last night I tried putting a microphone through it and playing on my harmonica. That sounded pretty awesome too, now I'm inspired to get a seperate amp for my harmonica as well. Anyway, if anyone reads this, have a look at my band at www.myspace.com/strayhoundmusic, thanks.
