A memorable gig, great to see them play after all these years, even if Vogg's the only original member left. The vocalist were'nt the best, but its hard to follow up on Sauron. Krimh was awesome, especially after hearings some truly terrible triggered drums from Katakylsms drummer.
This brings me onto who I now hate beyond all belief:
Katakylm are shit, shit and some more shit after that. Because of them taking so long to set up their shite sounding drum triggers, and playing bollocks music for what seemed like an eternity, my mate had to miss the end of Decapitateds set to get his car out the carpark before it closed. Fuck Kataklysm, i dont care if they ever produce better music (highly unlikely) they will always be known to me as the worst band to ever exist.
Well i thought i might as well write something about the gig. The Rotted completely surpassed my expectation of them, they were truly awesome, usually i dont do much for the supporting acts but for them i went mental. I wonder if he did end up climbing out the tour bus while on the motorway that night.
Alestorm were great too, they seem to be alot better live than before, they frankly looked a bit shit on youtube. Why Chris had Kanye West glasses on i'll never know.
Yeah. I just felt like sharing this fact. An interesting sideffect of this is my acoustic which is hung near the head of my bed, vibrates everytime i cough, which is quite often because of my f*ck off evil cold.
Well, after 7 years i'm moving into the spare bedroom. Why? Becuase the bed was too small and consequently raping my back. As satisfying as it is to change rooms, i am missing a few things:
My TV. My parents have already turned my old room into a dumping ground for stuff so i cant even watch TV without being drowned in unwashed clothes, pillows and suitcases for next years [i.e. ages away] trip to mauritius, which means that i miss Top Gear. This is not on. At all. I mean thank god for IPlayer but still, this means i cant watch it ASAP, which makes bored enough to learn how to roll a coin over my knuckles, i'm not bad at it in all fairness.
My guitars and amps. Theres no space to get them out atm, save for my classical, but i guess this is a blessing in disguise, playing on such a poorly made intrument surely will improve my playing overall. I hope it will anyway.
I've got to wait till i've got some wall mounts before i can get them out, and i dont have a clue about the amps.
One of the worst things however is the morbid wallpaper. Now, flowers are alright, but when they're all over the wall, faded and ripped, they are rancid, and i cant repaint the room till next year, which means all my shelves and belongings will haved to be removed again. On a side note, i dont know what colour to paint the walls; i wouldnt mind any suggestions, theres alot of pine coloured shelving, and light green curtains if that helps.

Fook yes, well happy now, i couldnt beleive how much amusement can be gained by playing with a delay effect. I'll probably review it at some point, the only flaw is that it doesnt have is that theyres no level control for the fx. Still awesome though
I have a Jackson ^^ RR3 in Black, it actually arrive when it was suppposed to and had the tremolo bar. Finally i an do whammy harmonics and actually play solos easily! All i need now is a case and a stand for it, allong with a nice new 65 watt Laneyand ill be in bliss.

Just gotta be refunded by soundcontrol cos they suck and sent me 1 in the wrong colour and without the tremolo bar and a bent neck . I was supposed to get the guitar like 3 months ago but i insisted on wating for soundcontrol to get me one, for some stupid reason. They also punished the guy who collected it by sending him twice for the same thing, and for some reason he arrived in a Lynx van first, then the next day in a UPS van.
All i need now is a case and a stand for it, allong with a nice new 65 watt Laneyand ill be in bliss.
