So I got my first guitar last Christmas and I've been really dedicated to it; I play at least an hour and a half a day. I would say I'm making a decent amount of progress considering I've only been playing for under a year.
It would seem I have the people to start a band, my friend is a great drummer and my brother recently took up bass.
Not that I'm planning to start a band anytime soon, but I'm curious . . . how good do you have to be to be able to start a band?
What/how much do I need to learn?
How many years should I play first?
What do I need to be able to play?
