Yeah my current Hartke rig has more than enough balls but at the time I was borrowing a weak as hell Laney RB something rig that couldn't punch it's way out of a paper bag. I spent half hour getting the punchiest most aggressive sound possible from it only to have the tech ruin it at the desk.
I would tech myself but I don't have the equipment or expertise to do more than a simple 1 track recording and make it sound passible

He kept pissing with my EQ settings and turning me down and mixing me out, It was a fight to get my playing at that level and I just let him eq my bass to be that boomy and awful. She was 14 in october. If she's really lucky, she'll get some nice strings for her 15th...
Middle daughter wants drums, and elder son's ready to go up to a 3/4 size guitar. What with son the younger wanting a better keyboard, and the youngest's screaming, we'll make a band outta this lot yet!
