In the great venture of creating a band there are a few things to watch out for. For example do not induct guitarist into the band that are better than you if the main focus of the band is to be on you, but rather induct a rythym guitarist that is not gifted enough to play lead and you yourself play lead. It's the same concept as to why good-looking women have a fat friend in the group.....sry ladies. Another precaution is to have the genra of music being play agree upon my all members...if this does not happen you will end up being like a sad, confused version of Plain White T's. But the most important part of beggining a band is the ideas behind the music...have meaning and BE ORIGINAL!!...I love Red Hotts but the song Dani California has basically the same verse tabs as a certain Tom Petty song and Blink also steal the opening riff form Metallica's One in Adam's song (only a strumming change).
