Oh dude, new onslaught is great. The album is Killing Peace and it's a whole lot different from their older stuff. If you didn't know that it's the same band, you'd never guess. It's more new school thrash with a bit of groove metal, but even though I'm not a big fan of new school thrash or groove metal, this album is pretty tight. The production is also alot better.

It's probably not as great as The Force, but I definately recommend it.

Yeah, the book is about necromancy and it's apparently Loverafts only novel, because I believe he mostly wrote short stories. I haven't yet written the song, but I wrote a quite progressive thrash tune about one of his short stories (The Colour Out Of Space). I just need to write the lyrics.

Onslaught, eh? Well, I haven't planned making tabs of em, and I don't have alot of spare time at the moment, so if I'm going to make them, it will take a while.
Also, do you prefer old or new Onslaught?

H.P. Lovecraft is great, truly a legend. I haven't read too much from him yet though. I learned about him from reading about Metallicas "The Call of Ktulu" and I gotta say that old school horror is really a great inspiration for music. Also, I've been thinking about writing a song about "The Case of Charles Dexter Ward", which I thought was a great piece by him.

It's great to see other young people appreciating him too
