About carreg_cennen
Born in 1961 Ive been playing on and off since I was about 11 or 12, starting with a truly awful woolworths audition guitar. My early guitar playing influences were Jimi Hendrix and Ritchie Blackmore. Was devastated to find that no sooner had I discovered Jimi Hendrix - he died! Since then I went through the Punk revolution of the late seventies, encouraging me that if you have the right attitude anyone can play. spent a while messing around with samplers and keyboards in the nineties only to come back to the guitar again. had a health scare around the turn of the millenium and decided to make sure I played more guitar, since then joined a band at work doing an annual Xmas party gig which has grown in popularity with our biggest audience up to 250 people
