Yeah, I just joined a blues band last month so I'm trying to busy myself with random shit. Just doing bass, it's cool seeing how other guys write and connect themselves to music.

A guitar friend and I are trying to get some tunes together, if you're up for a jam or something, that'd be sweet! Could try 3 guitarists (I've not done it myself, but would be interesting), we're also trying to find drummers and bassists to help flesh out our ideas. (If all fails, I could play bass but then it's not something I really want to do). We use 7 strings and we're still trying to write some ideas (got a chock full of riffs) so we've not got an idea of a sound we want to have.

Er, there are a few bands but it's not my thing. I might just join one for the sake of jamming, do some bass and shit (who'd want a 7 stringer lol). Damn man, I'm up for a jam. I'm so bored of not having a band (the indie band I was in collapsed since I couldn't be bothered with indie haha). I'm jamming with a guitar friend of mine who pwns me in every guitar way possible, he could come along too and stuff haha.

I'll be in and out of Glasgow during summer, but July I should be at home.

I'll get back to you about dates and shit, off to Download tomorrow and I need to pack up!

Edinburgh is kick ass, but a different beast from Glasgow. During term times, half the students are just not even Scottish; majority were English and East Europeans. Not that it's a bad thing, a bit of culture diversity is always cool. Trying to find band members around there is a bit tough, the gig scene is poor and no one likes the same stuff as I do

You up to much this summer? I'm looking to do some music shit over summer, if you're ever up for a jam?
