I can see where your coming from but, I believe what the government did was the right thing to do because of the ill-effects it has on people who passively smoke, so why should the people who don't smoke have to put up with smokers who chose to slowly poison themselves.

If a person really wants to smoke that badly then they should go outside and do it where people aren't forced to sit in a carbon mon + dioxide rich enviroment.

Free societies shouldn't have bans on things commonly in used bars. Smoke free sections were there for a reason.

Smoke doesn't follow things like boundaries because that's what a "zone" is. So if someone was smoking in the section they are allowed to smoke in, doesn't mean the smoke will just stay in that section, it would move around (as smoke does) and then at some point end up floating over to the smok free section, ergo not really making it a "smoke free section".

i watched both of your threads in the fotb. you are one lucky son of a bitch to get unbanned twice from perma, i tell ya, especially with the moderators on this site. I totally disagree with the justice system on this forum, and the way its implemented. It simply takes the "lol" out of ug these days. Anyway i better not say too much more....THEYRE WATCHING US! dont want rebanned on the day of my unbanning... my next ban will be a perma =[
