Gigography

I've decided; I'm gonna say a little about most of the gigs I've done... Because I'm bored lol.

22/12/2007 - The Attic, Accrington, with 'Le Crab':
I'll remember this place because it was such a small venue. A big place in Accrington for gigs, apparently though. I fluffed the solo in One Way or Another though, which I beat myself up about. Mine and Anne's song, Bimbo, went well though. It seemed to go down well with the audience too. Benn turned up a bit later too, wanting to play So Long November, but he was a little late haha.

13/03/2008 - The White Bull, Blackburn, with 'Le Crab' and 'sCoda':
This was interesting.. The first band, Le Crab, was fun. I fluffed the solo in One Way or Another (again), and the whole band cocked up on I Love Rock 'n' Roll/We Will Rock You. We generally enjoyed it though. It was a battle of the bands, and we just lost to Velvet Crush. They deserved to win in the end though.

06/06/2008 - The Cellar Bar, Blackburn, with 'Le Crab':
Final and best Le Crab gig. We played near all the songs perfect and the new song, Don't Stop, went down a storm. It's a shame that the rest of our gigs didn't go as well. As far as I know, everyone else's bands played well too. Tony's band was the best though, hands down.

22/06/2008 - Franky's Bar, Darwen, with the 'Dogs of Two Heads':
I liked this gig. The opener, Pictures of Matchstickmen, was one of the best songs we had played together. We then played Rockin' All Over the World and finished with a blues jam, which was pretty awful. All in all, I think we played well together. Greg wasn't so fortunate later on when he got into a bit of a punch-up around the corner from the bar - hurt his 'walking' hand in the process lol. The bar itself is nice but there's alot nicer places than it, trust me...

24/08/2008 - Private wedding gig (Darwen Golf Club), with Greg and Sam:
We only played the one song, by request of the bride. The rest of the night was spent drinking and having a laugh, though I spilt my beer on Sam's Dad. That was embarrasing...

I got more to fill in, I just can't be bothered yet lol, so watch this space...
