My Pedal Is Picking Up Radio Transmissions!

hi i just bought a digitech RP90 multi-effects pedal and whenever i turn it off it starts picking up international radio, i have heard chiense new year celebrations and radio slovakia! HELP! is there anything i can do to stop this?
