AKA Tamster or Tams. I am the more melodic half of a married drummer bass duo, though my main man thinks that tuned toms count (they don't) But he's a better timekeeper. . I also have a son who plays guitar and a daughter who sings.
Grab my iPod and you might hear Miles Davis, or maybe the Dead Kennedys. Or maybe Radiohead, if its raining and I'm wearing black from head to toe. Or maybe Motown or Stax and you'll know that 'cause I'll be dancing like some uncoordinated backup singer from hell.
I read too much, care too much and want to learn much more than I have waking hours in the day. I'm good in emergencies but on most mornings can't find my keys or my glasses. I am an introvert (myers-briggs confirmed this btw) until I get around people I am comfortable with and enjoy.
I may hold down a real job in IT, but music still remains a huge part of my life. I am that weird art-sy parent that stands out at back to school nights. I love to cook and my idea of a perfect musical dinner party would be to have Trent Reznor, Les Claypool and Eddie Vedder around the dinner table.
I also find time to be one of the moderators of the bass forum. Its a fun gig! I've met some great people through UG. Cheers!

Fragile
She doesn't see her beauty
She tries to get away
