Making to best of things

Current mood: annoyed

Is there a certain reason we have to have 100% completion on this site? I've never written a blog in my life but i am now. Just to see if anyone has managed to 100% complete these stupid requirments. I mean subsribing to something is a requirment now? what the hell?
