I was in South last year, and I absolutely loved it. Commuting from home now, still love the campus. I got somewhat fucked over as well though. One course that's a prerequisite for 3 or 4 courses offered this semester (core courses for my program) is only offered second semester. It's a second year course, yet we're apparently expected to take it first year. I never thought that something so ridiculous would actually be the case, so I didn't bother looking at second year courses when picking for winter 09, an I didn't knwo about the undergrad calendar at the time, so I'm basically a year behind now.

And how minor of programs are they cutting? Mine apparently gets down to about 60 people by 2nd/3rd year (if we're not already there).

lol don't worry, I'm one of those people who has at least some interest in pretty much anything. I went into Comp. Sci because programming is something that I'm good at and that I can actually work on and enjoy.

What is it you don't like about Guelph?

Most of the people that live there are rich foreigners that own massive companies and don't need to worry about living costs, which unfortunately for other people can be a massive problem.
