radio flyer

duct tape and cardboard wings
compared to gravity they dont mean a thing
a poor idea an even poorer dream
sometimes things arent what they seem

radio flyer couldnt really fly
if it followed its names it'd take to the skies
but we never left the ground
i never heard a sound

it says right on the side
on top of red paint
its written in white

i tried and tried
but nothing would do

and i cant tune in any radio stations
my little red wagon never came with an antanna
