About TomR
18 years old, guitarist, part time bassist and pianist.
Live in a small place outside birmingham called Tamworth In the UK.
Music scene is massive here, but i think 90% of the bands are rich little kids who should learn to play before spending money.
We've got a really good local venue called the palace, gets a good band once in a while,
Favorite band by far are muse, I think Matt Belamy is a hero, many would disagree.
I'm not a fan of the new indie scene, its pop in my opinion.

I love building and customising guitars, i've got 6 working guitars, its not very often i've got more than one in full working order, there's usually no pickups or electrics, or i'm doing something random to it. Non of my friends get why i do it, but its all in search of that 'perfect tone'.

I have recently brought a Laney GH-50L Amp head, under which i am building a 4X12 cab, its an epic amp.

I'm effects mad, which drives band mates insane when trying to play with me as i spend most of the time explaining what they do, nobody ever gets it, but everybody loves the sound of the whammy aha.
Many a time do i have the argument over somebody saying, you could have one pedal to do what all they do, i've just given up arguing my point.

My rig is taking a right beating at the mo, I'm spending considerable amounts on it too get it perfect, currently building new amp and guitar, although i'm sure more guitars will come after too.
