Our university got 1/10 for teaching in some survey.. maybe the times one.

We sorted out a house pretty late, near the end of the year actually (If you can't find any you obviously aren't looking very hard) but we got a pretty raw deal (it was shit) - we have to get the council to make him fix things in the house because he just wasn't doing it. There are plenty of houses around, around eccy road. We made the mistake of just making a panic that we wouldn't get a house, and we didn't really check the place out. I think you should probably look for any dodgy bits like holes, bad plastering.. Some of my house mates have real trouble with keeping warm (bad insulation), and the previous people who lived there had to pay out like £1,000 for heating. There are some great houses I have walked past that look really nice. Don't leave it too long, none of the landlords will keep it for you even if they say they will. They don't give a shit, they just want anyone's money.
