I started my musical journey off by first playing the violin way back when I was in third grade. After a few months of not learning anything from the instructor, I decided to quit.
Within a year or two, I then started playing guitar. Most of what I've learned has been taught to me by my brother who is a guitar instructor.
Along with guitar, I eventually picked up on the keyboard. Just recently, I received a mandolin as a graduation gift and I am attempting to teach myself how to play a few scales and chords until I can get proper instruction for the mandolin.
In the future, I plan on purchasing my first acoustic guitar, bass, bass amp, dobro and some recording equipment--mainly just an iMac. After I can afford an iMac, I'll add on Apple's Logic Studio to help me make my songs sound as great as they possibly can.
I also just want to let everyone know that the Epiphone SG I have is not an Epiphone SG Standard. I forgot the exact name of the model and I had to write at least three letters for the model so I typed in, "SG Standard."
