Europen Union acknowledged that Georgia is responsible for triggering the war in South Osetia, but NATO is still planning to train Georgian army. Are they crazy?
If EU acknowledged Georgia's guilt, then now it's not position of Russian Federation only, it's well proved and recognized fact. Also most of the countries that are members of EU are also members of NATO and quite influential members actually.
