I'm 17 and I have been playing guitar for 6 years this year. I love playing good metal, I see myself as a rhythm guitarist, but that's cool, lead guitarists are dicks anyway. I love groove, thrash, prog and melodic death. My favourite band is Machine Head. I hate hardcore and Indie. I have been in and out of some bands, the most recent being 'Hatred Abyss', for which I composed 11 songs, mostly groove and melodic death, all in Drop B. I love sweep picking and floyd rose squeals/divebombs. I love using 100% tube gear, (Peavey Classic 30 + Blackstar HT-DISTX = The SEX), as the tone that I get is awesome. If you own a boss metalzone, throw it away, it sounds like a cat in a blender...
