It certainly is a step up from most factory-made guitars, however it's actually the lowest quality the luthier makes. I plan on selling this one, and a few others, to buy a special grand concert model. It's made by Francisco Navarro, and his guitars go in this order:
Student
Concert
Grand Concert
Special Grand Concert
