Alright dudes, this I'm sure you will be pleased to read, is the last part of my ultimate setup. Effects pedals and what not. Enjoy.
Effects Pedals/Foot Controllers
Line 6 FBV Foot Controller. I said in one of my earlier blogs that I would like a Line 6 Vetta II amplifier. Well this would help me so much in live situations, it would be priceless. Just great for helping me with different sounds.
Digitech Whammy WH-IV pedal. Yes, it's the Whammy! Just a great pedal. I love Rage Against The Machine, Muse and other stuff that uses these. They are just too cool. The harmonic mode would be great for composition or giving the effect that two guitars were playing at once.
Digitech Jamman Looper pedal. This is on the list just solely for being something that I can jam along too. This'll help in composition also. And if you get the right memory card, you're in the money or should I say memory (cheesy I know)
And finally, the Mac Daddy of them all, the Boss GT-10 Guitar Effects Processor. Like I said in an earlier blog, I love effects. This has them all. Has a decent Wah pedal and one really cool thing is that it can change the sound of your guitar's pickups into different one. This doesn't mean different brands, it means single-coil to humbucker and vice versa. There are so many effects, though, that I can't name them all. Just awesome.
I've said it before and I will say it again, I did this blog for the profile completeness and don't worry I know it is sad. But if you liked it, subscribe or add me as a friend (I need these too remember!). It doesn't matter dudes, just stay safe. Cheers.
Hey everyone. Last blog I did was about the sort of guitars I would use. Well this one is about the amplifiers that I would use. Pretty small list considering these two amplifiers seem so amazing. Hopefully you'll agree.
Amplifiers
Orange Rockerverb 50 Head with a 4x12 Orange Cabinet. It took me a while to choose between this amp, the Marshall JVM410 and the Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier. This one's sound seems so much better than the others. If you don't believe me, check out Orange's clinician on YouTube: www.youtube.com/RobChappers. Check his Orange Amp Demos and you will be blown away. But yeah, this has just the right amount of dirt for what I play. Good clean, good distortion. What else could you want?
The amp above is what I would pick for my tube amp. This is my solid state amp. Line 6 Vetta II Head (with a Line 6 4x12 cabinet? If not I'd just use the Orange one). This just seems so cool. There are so many effects to it! And from the sounds of things, Line 6 have done a pretty good job. They certainly impressed some of you guys who have reviewed it! But I do love guitar effects and this is great for me.
Like I said on the other blog, these are only done to boost my profile completeness (I know it's sad) but if you like them, subscribe or add me as a friend or whatever you want. Just stay safe.
Alright guys? How are ya? I've been thinking what would be a fucking awesome guitar setup.
Guitars
Ebony Epiphone Les Paul Studio OR Custom (haven't decided yet) modified with an internal Korg Kaoss Pad 2 or 3, internal MXR Phase 90, internal Zvex Fuzz Factory, Fernandes FSK-401 Sustainer Kit and a press button killswitch. Fucking technologically crazy. This would be my completely pimped guitar. Most others standard.
Ibanez RG5EX1. They look pretty cool.
Fender Stratocaster American Standard Candy Apple Red. I may be English but when it comes to Fenders, there's no way like the American way!
Gibson Les Paul Standard Cherry Sunburst. No setup would be complete without this.
They are the guitars you have just gotta love. The first one is insane. To be honest, I just did this blog for the profile completeness! Anyway, that would be my guitar setup.
