I like your setup. Except for the sticks. I'd go for Vater sticks if I were you. And why have you got a muting ring on your second tom only? |
eh, vic firth 5a's work for me. haven't seen any vater sticks around either.
and the muting ring is just an old head on that tom that i haven't changed in ages, mainly because the tom usually isn't on the set.
but thanks for looking

hendriko wrote on Apr 17th, 2008 5:20pmnow changing the inductor to a fasel would work quite well
take the old one out, put the new one in. if it doesnt fit, put it on a piece of perf with wires going to the holes quote |
hendriko wrote on Apr 17th, 2008 2:02pmumm, afaik (mind, ive never seen an A versions guts) changing the inductor is pretty much possible IF you can get the PCB out quote |

YourLastAffront wrote on Apr 1st, 2008 1:51pmYeah you can get most stuff from SoulSeek. I've bought a fair few records from ebay and my local shop has a few good things (I got Lyburnum Wits End Liberation Fly by Moss Icon in there) which has now drained my bank account of the government's money. quote |

YourLastAffront wrote on Mar 31st, 2008 2:24pmIf you keep digging around there are loads of bands in that vein, you've just got to look for them because most of them only had a couple of 7" releases at most.
Can you use the Amplug as a preamp? quote |
YourLastAffront wrote on Mar 31st, 2008 11:42amSorry for the incredibly late reply to your comment. Yeah I do like a lot of early emo and screamo, Nation of Ulysses are great, I got really really into Dischord stuff about 5 years ago and still listen to stuff like Nation of Ulysses, Beefeater and Rites of Spring a lot. Thanks for the gear comment too, you've got some nice stuff, how's the Vox Amplug? quote |
