Favorite bands :
The Fall of Troy, Reuben, Million Dead, The Mars Volta, Biffy Clyro, Death from above 1979, Deftones, Frank Turner, Kill Kenada, Queens of the stone age, Smashing Pumpkins, Sucioperro, yourcodenameis:milo, and cheese metal for the comedy and chugging.. love the chugging.
Favorite guitarists :
Stevie-Ray Vaughan, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, my nan, you know all the ones that make you go 'HOLY SHIT'.. then you try and learn it and it's not that you CANT play it... it's just too many notes to bother with and I can't remember those damn scales anyway.
Favorite bassists :
Not that I'm that into the bands anymore but I appreciate flea from chili's and the bassist from boysetsfire, always lively on stage.
Favorite books :
Guitar...ing for dummies, official tab books that make you go 'AAAAAHHHH... I see! I was playing it down here...'
Favorite tv :
Who's line is it anyway, a bit of 'friends' never hurt anyone, and I like property programs for some reason.... like where they look round houses abroad and stuff.. or make a house from scratch like grand designs.. I like that.
Favorite movies :
not technically a movie but Stevie Ray Vaughan live at the el Mocambo.. Fuck Mate.
Snatch, Goodfellas, Fight Club, Face off.. etc
Hi I'm Nathan from Essex in the UK, but as of November I'll be in Vancouver for a year or so which should be amazing... except the fact I cant really take my guitar or any gear, especially as I'm hopefully getting a Boss BR-600 for Chrimbo so I can finally make some half decent recordings without nearly smashing up my piece of shit Laptop who's soundcard clips and fades so bad I havn't made a recording in years!
Anyway there's my little rant, sorry my mp3's are rubbish but see above for the reason why! expect some better, not 'good' but better ones after Christmas.. maybe some Fall of Troy.. that'd be nice.
