I should have Chuck roundhouse you in the face. there are many, many extremly good guitarists who use fenders. Adrian Smith from Iron Maiden, Ritchie Blackmore from Deep Purple and Rainbow, Yngwie Malmsteen. I mean, c'mon dude. Before you start slamming Fender and all people who use Strats, actually look into all the guitarist who use Fenders. Get your shit right.

i have a strat copy, and even that plays good.
there isn't such thing as a guitar that "sucks" (well, for the most part). every guitar is liked and used by atleast a few people, and different guitars work for different people. just because you don't like them doesn't mean they "suck".
and what are you talking about "weird shape"? there's atleast 50 billion different types of guitars shaped the same or in a similar way. just look at the ibanez RG's, for example. they might have a couple different features, but for the most part they have the same basic shape. the stratocaster has been the basic role model for many guitars for several decades. quote

Fenders in general suck. They have straight necks, whereas Gibson's have tapered necks. I'm not to big on the headstock on Strats, either. And Fender should not add a tremelo to Strat if it can't remain in tune after use.

You do not know anything about guitars. I bet you do not understand the difference in pickups. SC to DC to DC stacked etc. Also I do not think you know how to properly set up an amp for the guitar you are using. You need to read and improve you knowledge of the guitar in general.

hey kid how long have you been on this planet? about 13 years right! what did your parents buy you you some squire package with the guitar and amp together for about 300 bucks? i have strat's and they can be set up to maintain tune after you use the tremelo. as far as tone goes, they have one of the most recognizable sounds out there, meaning that fender must be doing some thing right if everyone is playing them. do your home work and see who plays them. quote

Someone hasn't played a Fender in a while.
And other people who played a Strat awesomely: Rory Gallagher, Brain Robertson (sometimes), Ritchie Blackmore (my fav guitarist ) Pete Townsend plays one today, Tommy Bolin, Buddy Guy, Buddy Holly, Hank Marvin (he's awesome with the trem bar), hell, even Angus Young has a couple of Teles.
Alright, you might think Fenders/Strats suck, but tons of other people like them. If they were so crap, they wouldn't have been so famous. Seriously, no where in that did you say 'I think'. You said it as if they really did suck to everyone, not just you.
Oh well. Who cares.

they get horribal tone. its a good gutar for a beginner but i wouldnt use it after like a year of playing.theres only a few good fenders like mustang, telle, jaguier. as u notice strat was not on the list. the only good people who use fender strats are hendrix, cobain and claption.
