First Practice!!!

Well just got back from my first practice with Paul the singer in my new duo. It sounded fantastic!! Absolutely brilliant. We jammed through about half the songs we've got as our first batch of songs and all wen tpretty smooth really.

We may be dropping a song or two depending on how well the tracks work dropped a tone or so, but other than that everything sounded great. Even had a jam on "Wanted Dead or Alive" By Bon Jovi just for a bit of fun and it sounded great too... :idea:

Paul has got a fantastic voice and can really belt a tune out so Im looking forward to getting out there and gigging and seeing what sorta reception we get. But right now its sounded damn good!! :cool:

Gonna be paying off my credit card in time for the Music Live show in Birmingham, where I am more than likely going to purchase a Boss GT-8 pedal rather than use my dads Pod XTL (I imainge he'd have something to say if I tried to take it when he has a gig), plus I much prefer the Boss's tones to the Pod's. :headbang:

Me and Paul have the hall booked for another practice in a fort-nights time, hopefully we'll be running through all 20-odd songs then penning ideas for another batch, but we shall see. :liplick:
