Tony Iommi, Josh Homme, Pete Townshend, Steve Cropper, Matt Bellamy, Tom Morrelo. Speed + skill does not make the greatest guitarist (not that it doesn't help), the feel of the solo is more important than the technicality.

John Entwistle, Geezer Butler, Jaco, Claypool, Wolstenholme, Tim Commerford, Rob Trujio (better than Cliff.)
