*In all seriousness, I'm here because I think it's about time that metal fans showed a little more respect towards all the astriving bands out there. Enough of this "Death To False Metal", enough of the "poser" chants, and enough of the close-mindedness. I listen to what most people would consider "true metal", but you will never see me talking down bands like Slipknot, System of a Down, Avenged Sevenfold, or whatever else is normally considered "false" by the "tr00 metylhedz". Anyone who does so is an ignorant close-minded loser. Period.*
I shall enjoy my stay on your planet in the meanwhile. Can you spare any cheezburgers?

*Random opinions (may or may not piss you off):
1. Symphony X is the best band ever
2. 80s metal laid the foundation for today's metal, yes, but that doesn't mean it's the most enjoyable metal to listen to. In other words, I like more 90s-00s metal than 80s metal.
3. Symphonic Metal is the best kind of metal
4. Kvlt black metal is garbage
5. Dimmu Borgir IS black metal. Just because they have a slightly different approach to it doesn't mean their genre is different.
6. "True metal" is a bullshit term. There's no such thing as "false metal" for any so-called "true metal" to be compared to. If it's metal, it's metal.
7. If 90% of death metal didn't all sound the same, it might actually have a bit more respect from me in more areas than just "how fast they can play"
8. Avenged Sevenfold do not suck, but they're not metal either. Hard Rock is more like it. But if you call them "untalented emo fags", you're an idiot
9. Kerry King is a terrible guitarist and songwriter. Jeff Hanneman FTW
10. Guitar Hero is a fun game, even if I understand that it's nothing like playing my beautiful Jackson Warrior.
11. Just because a band doesn't play a crazy shred solo in every song doesn't mean the guitarist/s have no talent. Sometimes they just want to take it easy, or maybe solos aren't their style?
12. Metal music is NOT dying. If you pulled your head out of your ass, and your ear off the radio, you'd find PLENTY of great metal bands that don't depend on the mainstream media for recognition.
13. Sometimes classical/orchestral music is better than metal
