Erm, i dont really have any favourite basists tbh, i love the flea's style, but i guess i could say the same for any slap/popping player. If its a cool sounding bass line, then hell yeh, i'll love it.

The Da Vinci Code, Andy McNab Novels, Chart Throb by Ben Elton is amazing.
Favorite tv :
Dont watch much tv, but when i do, its gotta be family guy, south park and the simpsons.

Hi there, i'm Eli (pronounced E-Lie), you quite obviously know me as Slinov, but either will do. I enjoy playing the guitar (which everybody seems to do on this site), playing a bit of CS:S, listening to music, being with my friends and the other ordinary things that a British 16 year old does, Bar the sex, and the drugs and the granny bashing and the smoking.
I am now a member of Weston College in my hometown of weston-super-mare, if you go there, then leave me a comment/message me, and we can meet up in town and i shall introduce you to some legendary people.
I'm studying English L/L, Law, History and Critical Thinking at the moment for my A/S levels, my goal/aim in life is to become an English Teacher, or a History teacher.

I'm usually in the mood for Haiku writing, as Metallica708 will tell you, if you search the pit, you will find a few Haiku threads where me and him have fought via japanese verse. I found it funny, you may think its strange.
I usually live by my saying, "Abnormality is normality, what is normal? What is different?" Pretty cool eh? I'm not sure if i made it up myself, or if i heard it somewhere, but it manages to fit me like a glove.
So to sum me up, i like metal, i am, however, quite open minded sometimes. Listening to metal all the time means that i dont have anything calming, so if you can give me songs that you have written or whatever, reccomendations that usually send you off into a deep sleep, it'd be much appreciated. I am also looking to get into other Genre's other than Metal. I'm into the 80's Ska music scene thanks to my parents, and then the odd song here and there from other bands. If it sounds good and has a good beat IMO, then i'll listen to it
I'm a genuine person, i dont like to hurt other people's feelings at all, and if i do offend, i usually dont mean it, its probobally a joke from the pit that has been taken OTT by myself.
