ok this is gonna be the start of a very short rant because I've gotta be at work in 20 mins. So right now I work at the canteen at my local arena (serving fries, burgers, general crap food and coffee).
So yesterday I was at work serving coffee and whatnot and I looked at the clock to find I was done my shift in an hour. So I went over to my tip cup to see if I had made any (I make maybe 2 bucks a night) to find that someone had put about 5 of those roll up the rim tabs (doubt anyone but Canadians will know what I'm talking about; they're little prize things from Tim hortons, here's a link) in my tip cup. As I looked through them I was thinking "Alright if someone gave me a few winner that would be an awesome prize". But no, I guess human decency was taking a break that night. Because when I looked on each of the tabs they were all "Please try again". So this pretty much set me over the edge as I had had a shit night already (shit gotta be at work in 15).
Who in the fuck throws out bad prize tabs into my tip cup? I get enough shit when I work from god damn stuck up people thinking I don't go to school (I'm in my last year of high school but look to be in university). I don't need people fucking with me even more by adding these little paper piss-offs in my tip cup.
To top this up my boss feels that it's necessary to blame every single problem that goes on in the canteen on me. For example, once my boss (the idiot she is) called me in the middle of school yelling at me and telling me to get to the arena immediatly. Confused, I walked down to the arena on my lunch hour to see what was going on. My boss yelled at me saying "EVAN THERE'S 100 DOLLARS MISSING FROM THE FLOAT LAST NIGHT AND I HAVE VERY GOOD REASON TO THINK YOU STOLE IT". I started by asking her if she was sure that it was missing, which she replied yes to. After being bitched out by my boss for about ten minutes I noticed something on the sheet she was counting the money with. SHE WAS COUNTING THE ROLLS WRONG. She had counted rolls of loonies (1 dollar coins) as 20 dollars (have 25 in them) and rolls of toonies (2 dollar coins) as 25. HOW THE FUCK DO YOU FUCK THAT UP, TOONIES CAN'T EVEN ADD TO FUCKING 25!

I for one am fed up with elitists shitting on someone just because of their join date. Although some new members can be flamers/spammers/whatever that doesn't mean someone who joined 3 months before them can shout "NOOB GET TEH FUCKZORZ OFF OUR BOARD" etc. That pisses me off. Give some of these new guys a chance. If they're little douches I have no qualms with sending them packing but the majority of the time people are getting the "guilty until proven innocent" treatment because of their join date.
