You have to bear in mind the microphone and recording equipment as these can drastically alter sound. Try out a couple of microphones and you'll see what I mean, because mics pick up different frequencies and the position of the mic and distance will change the recorded sound. For instance if you record with the high eq up a little and step back you'll get a natural reverb effect in the vocal track. Hope thats helped. quote |
