He gave me the tab long ago and I asked him why he didn't submit it to RoG (or even here), and he said something along the lines that he's a perfectionist and thinks he can do better with the tab. Of course, he doesn't tab much anymore because back in '07 people were taking his work (and other legendary RoG tabbers) that he made exclusively for RoG or SMN and submitting it here.
