I live in Avon Park (ghetto) Florida, and have been playing guitar for something like six months. I like to play for fairly long amounts of time, and I have yet to get a job. They just aren't hiring.
I'm 6ft 3in. with black hair that reaches below the shoulder blades. I actually prefer a good pair of boots over tennis shoes.
Also, I write songs (lyrics right now. I want to wait until I'm a better gutiarist to write actual music) and draw every now and then. One of my favorite T.V shows of all time is Metalocalypse.
I'm pretty much open to any type of music (except country) but I prefer rock type things (old AFI, Slayer, Dir en Grey) and some just weird stuff ( Modest mouse, Buckethead, Diablo Swing). My favorite style of playing is what Jade Puget does. Fairly simplistic, but sounds great. I do prefer barre chords over power chords, and octaves are really fun to play, and sound great.
Eventually I want to get a bass too, right now I just turn my tone knob all the way down, it kind of works.
